

Ingredients:
4 Cooked Chicken Breasts
1 can mushrooms or 1 package boiled fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1, 16 oz. size sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix in the blue bag
Method:
Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces and put in a large size casserole dish. Add mushrooms, soup and sour cream. Mix together. Prepare stuffing according to the directions on the package. Then pour onto the chicken mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown or the chicken mixture is bubbling. Enjoy!
