Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. instant rice
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) tomoato sauce
1/2 c. katsup
1 T. Worchestersire sauce
1 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. seasoned pepper
3 large green peppers, cut half lengthwise
1/3 c. water
1 T. sugar


Method:
Mix together ground beef, rice, egg, onion, ½ cup of the tomato sauce, ½ cup katsup, W. sauce, salt and pepper. Arrange peppers in baking dish fill with meat mix. Mix together remaining tomato sauce, water and sugar, pour over green peppers and cover tight (or plastic wrap). Microwave until meat is cooked and no longer pink and green peppers are tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
